باستخدامك تطبيق بديل Rx فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق تصدره Yousef Labs.
طبيعة التطبيق — وهذا أهم بند
- بديل Rx مرجع مهني للمعلومات وليس جهازاً طبياً، ولا يقدّم تشخيصاً ولا وصفة علاجية ولا إرشادات للجرعات.
- هو موجّه للأطباء والصيادلة، ولا يغني عن حكمك المهني ولا عن نشرة الدواء المعتمدة.
- الأسعار استرشادية ومستندة إلى قوائم هيئة الدواء المصرية، وقد تختلف عن السعر الفعلي على العبوة أو لدى المورّد. راجعها دائماً قبل الصرف.
- البدائل مقترحات للمطابقة في المادة الفعالة والتركيز والشكل، وقرار الاستبدال يظل قراراً مهنياً تتحمل مسؤوليته أنت.
- فحص التداخلات يغطي مجموعة منسّقة ومحدودة من التداخلات المهمة إكلينيكياً. غياب التحذير لا يعني عدم وجود تداخل.
- إجابات المساعد الذكي قد تكون ناقصة أو خاطئة. راجع دائماً المصادر المذكورة معها.
الحساب
تسجيل الدخول يتم عبر Google أو Apple. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على حسابك، والحساب مخصص لاستخدامك الشخصي المهني ولا يجوز مشاركته.
الاشتراكات
- البحث والتصفح والاطلاع على المواد الفعالة متاحة مجاناً ضمن حد يومي.
- بديل برو — 50 ج.م شهرياً أو 450 ج.م سنوياً.
- بديل بريميوم AI — 70 ج.م شهرياً أو 600 ج.م سنوياً.
- يتم الدفع عبر App Store أو Google Play، ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- الإلغاء والاسترداد يتمان وفق سياسة المتجر الذي تم الشراء منه، ونحن لا نملك تنفيذ الاسترداد نيابة عنه.
- قد تتغير الأسعار مستقبلاً، ولن يسري التغيير على فترة اشتراك جارية.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إعادة نشر قاعدة البيانات أو استخراجها آلياً أو إعادة بيعها، ولا محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Yousef Labs مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على معلومة داخل التطبيق دون التحقق منها مهنياً. ولا يحدّ هذا البند من أي حق لا يجوز قانوناً التنازل عنه.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using Badeel Rx you agree to these terms. The app is published by Yousef Labs.
What the app is — the most important clause
- Badeel Rx is a professional information reference, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or give dosing guidance.
- It is intended for doctors and pharmacists, and does not replace your professional judgement or the approved product labelling.
- Prices are indicative, derived from Egyptian Drug Authority lists, and may differ from the price on the pack or from your supplier. Always confirm before dispensing.
- Alternatives are matches on active ingredient, strength and form. The decision to substitute remains a professional one, and yours.
- The interaction check covers a curated, limited set of clinically important pairs. The absence of a warning does not mean no interaction exists.
- AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Always check them against the sources cited alongside them.
Your account
Sign-in is through Google or Apple. You are responsible for your account; it is for your own professional use and may not be shared.
Subscriptions
- Searching, browsing and active ingredients are free, within a daily allowance.
- Badeel Pro — EGP 50 per month, or EGP 450 per year.
- Badeel Premium AI — EGP 70 per month, or EGP 600 per year.
- Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, and a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation and refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from; we cannot issue a refund on its behalf.
- Prices may change in future. A change never applies to a period already paid for.
Acceptable use
You may not republish, scrape or resell the database, nor attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent usage limits.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Yousef Labs is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information in the app without professional verification. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
