بديل Rx تطبيق مرجعي للأدوية موجّه للأطباء والصيادلة في مصر، تصدره Yousef Labs. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما نجمعه فعلياً، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركه.
المبدأ الأساسي
قاعدة بيانات الأدوية كاملة على جهازك. عمليات البحث والتصفح والاطلاع على البدائل تتم داخل الجهاز، ولا تُرسل نصوص بحثك إلى خوادمنا.
ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب — عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple نستقبل معرّفاً ثابتاً من مزوّد الخدمة، وبريدك الإلكتروني واسم العرض إن أتاحهما المزوّد. لا نستقبل ولا نخزّن كلمة مرورك أبداً.
- عدّاد الاستخدام — نسجّل أن حساباً معيناً فتح دواءً معيناً في يوم معيّن، وذلك فقط لتطبيق الحد اليومي للخطة المجانية.
- حالة الاشتراك — نستقبل من App Store أو Google Play معرّف الاشتراك وحالته وتاريخ انتهائه. لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك البنكية ولا نتعامل معها إطلاقاً؛ الدفع يتم بالكامل داخل المتجر.
- أسئلة المساعد الذكي — إذا استخدمت خاصية الذكاء الاصطناعي، يُرسل معرّف الدواء ونص سؤالك ولغة الواجهة. ونحتفظ بنسخة مختصرة من السؤال في سجلات التشغيل لأغراض التشخيص، وبنسخة من الإجابة في ذاكرة مؤقتة مشتركة لتقليل التكلفة.
- معرّف الجهاز — رقم عشوائي يُنشأ داخل التطبيق لضبط معدل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. وهو ليس معرّف إعلانات ولا يرتبط بهويتك خارج التطبيق.
- سجلات تقنية — عنوان IP وزمن الطلب، يحتفظ بها خادم الويب لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
ما الذي لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع أي بيانات عن مرضاك. التطبيق لا يحتوي على سجلات مرضى أصلاً.
- لا نتتبّع موقعك الجغرافي.
- لا توجد إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلانية، ولا بيع أو تأجير لبياناتك لأي جهة.
مع من نشارك البيانات
- Apple و Google — لتسجيل الدخول وللتحقق من الاشتراكات.
- مزوّد نماذج لغوية خارجي (Google) — تُرسل إليه أسئلة المساعد الذكي مع بيانات الدواء المطلوب لتوليد الإجابة. لا يُرسل اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني.
- مزوّد الاستضافة — تعمل خوادمنا داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.
وبخلاف ذلك لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث، إلا إذا فرض ذلك التزام قانوني.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والاشتراك ما دام الحساب قائماً. وتُحذف سجلات العدّاد اليومي بعد مدة قصيرة لأنها لا تلزم بعد انتهاء اليوم. وتُحذف السجلات التقنية آلياً.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك بالكامل عبر مراسلتنا على support@hakeemrx.com. وعند حذف الحساب تُزال بياناتك الشخصية؛ أما اشتراكك فيُدار من المتجر الذي اشتريت منه.
الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للمهنيين الصحيين وغير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند تعديل جوهري سنحدّث تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه، ونعلن عن التغيير داخل التطبيق إذا كان يمسّ بياناتك بشكل ملموس.

Privacy Policy
Badeel Rx is a drug reference for doctors and pharmacists in Egypt, published by Yousef Labs. This page describes what we actually collect, why, and who else sees it.
The basic principle
The drug catalogue is stored on your device. Searching, browsing and looking up alternatives happen locally, and the text you search for is never sent to our servers.
What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive a stable identifier from that provider, plus your email address and display name if the provider supplies them. We never receive or store your password.
- Usage metering — we record that a given account opened a given medicine on a given day, solely to enforce the free plan's daily allowance.
- Subscription status — the App Store or Google Play tells us a subscription identifier, its state and its expiry date. We never see or handle your card details; payment happens entirely inside the store.
- AI assistant questions — if you use the AI feature, the medicine identifier, your question text and the interface language are sent to us. A truncated copy of the question is kept in operational logs for debugging, and the answer is kept in a shared cache to reduce cost.
- Device identifier — a random value generated inside the app to rate-limit AI usage. It is not an advertising identifier and is not linked to your identity outside the app.
- Technical logs — IP address and request time, retained briefly by the web server for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
- Nothing about your patients. The app holds no patient records at all.
- No location tracking.
- No advertising, no ad trackers, and no sale or rental of your data to anyone.
Who else sees it
- Apple and Google — for sign-in and subscription verification.
- A third-party large-language-model provider (Google) — AI questions and the relevant medicine data are sent there to produce an answer. Your name and email address are not sent.
- Our hosting provider — our servers run inside the European Union.
We share your data with nobody else, except where a legal obligation requires it.
Retention
Account and subscription data is kept for as long as the account exists. Daily metering rows are deleted after a short period, since they serve no purpose once the day has passed. Technical logs are rotated automatically.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of it, or deletion of your whole account by writing to support@hakeemrx.com. Deleting the account removes your personal data; your subscription itself is managed by whichever store you bought it from.
Children
The app is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make a material change we will update the date above, and announce it in the app where the change meaningfully affects your data.
